SCORE Northeast NJ is looking to expand it client training offerings by deploying a webinar program to compliment live seminars. This job works with our Workshop Chair and other chapter members to identify and vet presenters for small business related programs. Once identified the Manager will make all arrangements and host the webinars, typically held at night. The manger will then ensure that captured webinar feedback is gathered and use the feedback to adapt future events to maximize review scores. The Manager will also maintain a library of relevant webinars for viewing by members and public any time after the initial event. This position can be done almost exclusively from home with only occasional face to face meetings with the workshop team most likely at our Hackensack office.
Desired background –
- Experience with one or more webinar/meeting software products (GoTo products preferred)
- Ability to organize and operate events with limited guidance.
- Some knowledge of small business operations and issues
