The volunteer will be responsible for regularly checking voice messages left in Korean and relaying the information to the appropriate staff at the Volunteer Center. Volunteer will also follow up with clients (phone or email) to ask further questions and collect any additional information, as needed. Work can be done anywhere, as long as there is access to phone and email. From time to time, volunteer will also work with staff to translate marketing material into Korean. If interested, the position could be expanded to include additional outreach work to the Korean American community.
Time commitment: it will vary, but max 2 hours / week with minimum of 5-10 minutes each day
