Volunteers are needed to help a few families in Englewood clean out their basements after Hurricane Ida. Work would include removing furniture, clothing and other items from the homes onto the lawn or curbside. NO mold remediation, demolition or cleaning will take place. You will be part of a team.
The first opportunity is THIS SATURDAY, September 18 from 9am-12pm. If you are available and willing to help, please email Sanetta Ponton at sanetta.ponton@emetro.org and Janet Kwon at janet.kwon@emetro.org. In your response, please indicate if you are able to lift heavy furniture with assistance.
