Who We Are
Mission: To offer individuals an array of housing and wellness services to enhance community integration and promote quality of life.
Originally part of a consortium of mental health providers, Advance Housing opened its doors as an independent organization in 1997. With state funding, we have provided individualized support services and methods of stabilized living arrangements. Currently, we offer community support that consists of mental health rehabilitation services, assisting individuals in achieving self-identified recovery goals, and treatment teams comprised of varied staff, available to provide holistic treatments.
What We Do

Residential Intensive Support Team: Offers consumers from State and Local Psychiatric Hospitals an opportunity to live independently while also receiving intensive support services.
The Homeless Service Team: Uses the Housing First Model to present a holistic approach to adults with psychiatric disabilities.
Aging Out Youth Program: Provides permanent supportive housing services for 18-24 year-olds in need of independent living and coping skills.
Medically Enhanced Supportive Housing Program: Provides supportive housing for individuals who have co-occurring medical conditions and psychiatric disorders.
