Teen LEADS is a week-long program that offers rising 10th-12th graders the opportunity to explore future careers, build confidence, and make a real impact in their community.
Teen LEADS provides hands-on leadership and communication workshops, tours of local businesses, networking with professionals from a variety of fields, and meaningful community service projects across Bergen County.
Choose the week that works best for your family's schedule: August 3-7 or August 10-14. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early to secure your teen's place in this exciting summer experience!

Session 1: August 3 - 7, 2026 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Session 2: August 10 - 14, 2026 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Cost: $350 per teen, per session

What to Expect from the Teen LEADS Experience:
- Discussions with local business leaders and elected officials.
- In-depth tours of area businesses in diverse fields.
- Public speaking and communication skills workshops.
- Leadership development coaching.
- Career and internship exploration.3 to 5 community service hours.
- Each day takes place at a different host site in Bergen County.
- A parent/caregiver is responsible for 9:00 AM drop-off and 2:00 PM pick-up at host sites.
- Bergen Volunteers does not provide transportation.
- Lunch is provided daily.*
