For June, National Aphasia Awareness Month, the Adler Aphasia Center's Advocacy group will be hosting their first Facebook Live event. Our Advocacy Group is a group of Center Members that meet weekly to educate healthcare professionals and students, first responders, speech students and others about the challenges presented by communication deficits that characterize aphasia, and provides them with specific tools and strategies to more effectively communicate with their patients and clients with aphasia. The group would love for you to virtually join them on Wednesday, June 12th from 10:30am – 11:30am for a question and answer session to help raise awareness on Social Media. It would be great if you could join us for a few moments or stay with us for the full hour to ask your questions and give comments and feedback!
