Join the RTNJ Board of Directors to use your time and talent to support our mission of [Re]pairing homes, [Re]vitalizing communities, [Re]building lives. We are looking for engaged board members to help us set and meet our goals of growing the organization.
Requirements (flexible based on candidate):
- Experience volunteering is preferred
- Time commitment of at least 5 hours per month
- Annual giving levels of $1,000 or more
- Be an ambassador for the RTNJ mission in your daily life
- Attend monthly board meetings
- Attend and support special events
- Ability to network on behalf of the organization
- Join 2 committees
Typically, candidates for the board will be considered after serving on a RTNJ committee or in other volunteer role. RTNJ's current committees include Fund Development, Marketing & PR, Project Development, and Governance.
RTNJ Offices are located in the rear of Ponds Reformed Church - 341 Ramapo Valley Road, Oakland, NJ.
