Key Responsibilities:
Grant Research and Strategy Identify and research prospective grant opportunities aligned with the organization’s mission and funding needs. Develop a comprehensive grant calendar, tracking deadlines and submission requirements. Grant Proposal Development Write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals, letters of intent, and supporting documents in a timely manner. Tailor proposals to meet the specific requirements of each funder, highlighting program impact and alignment with funding priorities. Grant Management and Compliance Monitor and manage awarded grants, ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines and funder requirements. Collaborate with program and finance teams to track outcomes and ensure proper use of grant funds.Relationship Building Cultivate and maintain relationships with foundation officers, grant managers, and other potential funders. Data Management and Reporting Maintain an accurate database of grants, prospects, and funders. Prepare progress reports and updates for leadership and funders, highlighting grant outcomes and organizational achievements.
