The attorney will handle a caseload that may include custody disputes, parental advocacy, constitutional rights violations, discrimination claims, and related matters impacting families and children.
Advise clients in family court proceedings, including custody, visitation, and child welfare cases

Advise and advocate on issues related to parental rights and child protection

Litigate civil rights and human rights cases, including violations under the Constitution or federal/state laws

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
