Make an Impact for Nature and Community: Join TNC’s Event Planning Team!
Are you passionate about nature and supporting a cause that promotes conservation, education, recreation, and community engagement?
Tenafly Nature Center needs dedicated volunteers to join our Event Planning Committee for fundraising events! This is a unique opportunity to help design and organize events that celebrate our community’s love for nature while helping to raise essential funds to support TNC’s mission.
As a committee member, you’ll work with TNC staff and Board members to plan and coordinate TNC’s Spring and Fall fundraising events. Your creativity and commitment will help make these events a success, inspiring appreciation for the environment while securing resources to continue our work.
We welcome volunteers of all experience levels who are creative, collaborative, proactive, and passionate about lending their talents and time to support TNC’s mission. Whether you have a background in marketing, event logistics, fundraising, or simply enjoy lending a hand, there’s a place for you on our team!
By joining the TNC Event Planning Committee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in nonprofit event planning, connect with other nature enthusiasts, and develop valuable skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Most importantly, you’ll be making a direct impact by helping TNC raise the necessary funds to protect our local ecosystems and expand educational and recreational programs.
