Front Desk Volunteers provide administrative and guest support at our Mahwah Client Choice Market.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with check-in, answering basic questions, supporting staff with light administrative tasks, and helping maintain an organized front desk area. This role requires strong communication skills and reliability.
Volunteer Commitment (Required):
CFA is an ongoing volunteer program, and we ask volunteers to commit to one shift per week on the same day, at the same time, and at the same location on a consistent, recurring basis. We do not offer one-time-only individual volunteer opportunities, and all sites are closed on weekends.
Physical Requirements:
Volunteering may involve standing for portions of the shift and light administrative support duties. Closed-toe shoes are required.
Volunteers must be 16+ and agree to CFA policies and Code of Conduct.
