We are looking for volunteers to help at our upcoming Meat Raffle Fundraiser on March 21, 2026 at 4:00 PM. The event will run for about 2 hours and is similar to a tricky tray—except all the prizes are meat!
Volunteers will assist with:
Checking in guests as they arrive
Selling raffle tickets during the event
Bringing prizes to the winners
Stocking and keeping the food and drink station tidy
Helping with general event support
Assisting with cleanup after the event
This is a great opportunity for high school students who need community service hours.
