Children’s Aid and Family Services is one of northern New Jersey’s leading nonprofit providers of services that protect and support vulnerable children, adults and families. Our mission is to empower individuals, strengthen families, and support healthier communities. We envision a community where every individual is safe, strong, and thriving and can reach their innate potential. We provide services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, children and families, and offer alcohol and drug prevention education and recovery support.
At Children’s Aid and Family Services, we believe that volunteers are the backbone of our agency. As an organization founded by volunteers in 1899, we embrace the philosophy that it takes a village to help improve the lives of vulnerable children, young adults, and families in our community. Volunteer at The Depot gift shop located in Midland Park, NJ
- Staffed entirely by volunteers.
- Volunteers work one weekday shift every other week or one Saturday shift a month.
- All proceeds benefit those we serve at Children’s Aid and Family Services.
