We are looking for people to work on various committees. These committees typically meet once a month. They hold meetings in person, although some are conducted via Zoom. The level of commitment varies depending on the committee, but based on past experience, members generally spend about five hours per month supporting RTNJ. No prior experience is required to join, and prospective members are welcome to try out a committee before making a longer-term commitment.

- Home Evaluations – Assessing the repairs needed for qualified applicants. This committee always works using the buddy system, with a minimum of two members attending each home visit.

- Project Leadership – Assisting with volunteer events by preparing tools and supplies, checking in volunteers, collecting waivers, delegating tasks throughout the day, and helping ensure events run smoothly.
