Adult and college student volunteer applications will open on August 3 at 9:00 A.M.
People of all ages, backgrounds, skills, and education, including students and retirees, dedicate their time for the good of others. Volunteering offers rewarding learning opportunities, as well as a chance to give back to your community. Volunteers enhance patient care. Whether through direct interaction or behind-the-scenes work, our volunteers fuel the hospital so the highest level of healthcare can be provided. Volunteers offer their time in more than 50 areas of the hospital. Some responsibilities involve direct patient contact such as transporting patients, while others involve clerical support.
Time Commitment
We ask volunteers to commit to at least one 4-hour shift per week. Volunteer assignments are available on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., or on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Please note that Saturday volunteer opportunities are limited.
