Sometimes a mother simply needs an extra set of hands.
We are looking for trained and/or certified volunteers who can provide onsite infant babysitting for up to 2–3 hours as needed at the maternity home.
This is a wonderful opportunity to support a mother while she takes care of an important responsibility, appointment, class, or other need.
Volunteers must complete the required training and/or certification before providing care.
Volunteer Requirements
All volunteers are required to complete a volunteer application before moving forward with an opportunity.
For opportunities that involve direct interaction with our residents and/or children, additional training and screening requirements apply. This may include a criminal background check and driving record check, when applicable.
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities. We are especially looking for Spanish-speaking volunteers who can help us better connect with and support the families we serve.
