Inviting applications from High School Students, College Students, Teachers, and Retired Teachers to make a difference in the lives of children from low socio-economic status. Join our team of dedicated volunteers at Million Reasons as a Summer Academic Enrichment Program Coach. Summer Enrichment Program Coaches provide one-on-one and/or group instructions to students from Grades 3-8 and help them ready for the new academic year.
Summer Academic Enrichment Program 2020 includes:
Tutoring in Mathematics, Reading, and Writing
STEM Workshops
Arts and Crafts
Program Hours
Monday – Thursday: 9:30am-12:30pm
Monday – Thursday: 1:30pm-4:30pm
Friday 9:30am -12:30pm (Non-academic Programs)
Volunteers may sign up for either the morning, afternoon, or both sessions. At least two days of volunteering commitment per week is desirable.
Qualifications/Requirements
Must be at least Minimum 15 years old
Excellent Academic Background
Passionate about making an impact on children from low socio-economic status
