Tabling Volunteer at Garden State Plaza's Outdoor Food Truck/Farmer's Market

We are looking for volunteers to represent Bergen Volunteers at street fairs and tabling events.

The following is required of volunteers:

• Pick up and/or drop off all tabling equipment including: (if needed)

o   Folding tables (as needed)

o   2 folding chairs (as needed)

o   Bergen Volunteers tablecloth and table “decorations”

o   Program one-pagers

o   Bergen Volunteers promotional giveaways

o   Tent (as needed)

• *All equipment will be packed and ready upon arrival
• Set up table upon arrival
• Have each interested table visitor sign the sign in sheet providing their contact information
• Provide information about Bergen Volunteers and it’s programs to interested parties
• Breakdown table and supplies

Volunteers will be notified beforehand which of the above materials they will/will not be responsible for.
