We are looking for volunteers to represent Bergen Volunteers at a tabling event
The following is required of volunteers:
- Pick up and/or drop off all tabling equipment including: (if needed)
o Folding tables (as needed)
o 2 folding chairs (as needed)
o Bergen Volunteers tablecloth and table “decorations”
o Program one-pagers
o Bergen Volunteers promotional giveaways
- *All equipment will be packed and ready upon arrival
- Set up table upon arrival
- Have each interested table visitor sign the sign in sheet providing their contact information
- Provide information about Bergen Volunteers and it’s programs to interested parties
- Breakdown table and supplies
Saturday April 23 from 12-4pm
2 volunteers needed for 12-2pm
2 volunteers needed for 2-4pm
